Drafting of various agreements and contracts/MOU’s etc relating to all aspects of
corporate and commercial laws such as commercial contracts/ agency/ supply of
equipment’s/research and development agreements/ Franchise Agreements is regularly
done by the Firm.
It also provides detailed opinions in matters of setting up of a company in India and assists
clients in carrying out such objects of filing with the registrar, incorporation of a company,
to winding up of the company.
🔘 Real Estate (Title Search & Due Diligence)
LAWMIND ASSOCIATES provides wide range of services in Real Estate like Title search,
Encumbrance report, Due Diligence of Property. We have extensive network of advocates
in the state of Bihar and Jharkhand to assist our team in title search & Due diligence of
properties.
Preparation of legal documents and documentation for the purchase, leasing, sale,
mortgage of real estate properties including commercial, industrial, agricultural and
residential property. We also advise clients on the applicable local laws, such as stamp
duties and requirements of registration. As an integral part of this area of practice, we also
advise on licensing and regulatory approvals required from government and statutory
agencies.
The Firm activities include drafting and conveyancing of sale documents/ power of

🔘 Consumer Matters
All matters covered under the Consumer Protection Act including litigation in Consumer
Forum, State Commission in matters such as deficiency in service, product defects,
misleading advertisements etc are handled by the Firm.
The Firm actively promotes consumer awareness by way of providing legal consultation
and also involves society participation in the same by organizing and conducting free
consumer awareness campaigns.
🔘 Banking
Drafting of various banking documents such as loan agreements/ lease deeds/ overdraft agreements/affidavits denying receipt of notice of dishonour of cheque/Bank Guarantee is done by the Firm. The Firm carries out litigation in cases of dishonour of cheques under 138 NI Act/ Recovery of debt/ Prosecution of criminal complaints etc. LAWMIND ASSOCIATES also engages itself in providing detailed legal opinions on the viability of projects to be undertaken by Corporate firms and companies.
